Century 21 France, Created in 1987 by Michel Trollé and Frank Cluck, is an independently owned and operated company, the world's largest franchisee of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation for France, Switzerland and the principality of Monaco (*).
Century 21 France currently federates 850 real estate agencies and offices employing 5,895 people. Initially based in the Ile-de-France, Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regions, its network currently covers all of France. With a sales volume of 6.5 Million Euros in 2005, the CENTURY 21 network now leads the French real estate market. Customer expectations and the specific French professional regulatory context have lead Century 21 France to develop certain real estate services more extensively than in the U.S.A. Since 1994, the Network's activities have been extended to Property management, co-ownership trusts and Rental management. Two additional activities have been developed: Corporate properties and Business brokerage.
