To ease your entry onto the premises and to optimise the comfort of your new property, the CENTURY 21 agent provides each new tenant with the "BEING A TENANT" guide as well as a number of technical sheets. The guide covers, in a detailed and clear manner, a large number of subjects such as: moving, administrative formalities, house maintenance, leave, time allowed for advance notice, inventory of fittings, etc.
